Une tendance qui ne bouleverse toutefois pas \u00e0 ce stade le paysage fran\u00e7ais du recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte jug\u00e9 difficile et contraint\u2026<br \/>\nSeuls 4% des professionnels interrog\u00e9s affirment ne pas rencontrer de difficult\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re en mati\u00e8re de recrutement \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle.<br \/>\nLes principaux obstacles \u00e9voqu\u00e9s par les DRH et les responsables du recrutement sont principalement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de candidats qualifi\u00e9s (cit\u00e9s par 59% des r\u00e9pondants) et aux contraintes budg\u00e9taires (cit\u00e9s par 53% d\u2019entre eux). Les secteurs des services et de l\u2019industrie, les PME comme les grandes entreprises sont concern\u00e9s par ces difficult\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLa lenteur du processus de recrutement appara\u00eet comme un obstacle plus secondaire, cit\u00e9 par un r\u00e9pondant sur quatre.<br \/>\n\u2026 l\u2019\u00e9mergence des r\u00e9seaux sociaux constitue une tendance de fond\u2026<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude mettent en \u00e9vidence un consensus autour du r\u00f4le croissant des r\u00e9seaux sociaux dans le recrutement. La distinction entre r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels et r\u00e9seaux sociaux personnels (de type Facebook et Twitter) doit n\u00e9anmoins \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e :<br \/>\n\u2022 77% estiment que l\u2019importance des r\u00e9seaux sociaux professionnels va augmenter dans les 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es, alors que le score est de 54% pour les autres m\u00e9dias sociaux.<br \/>\nCette tendance s\u2019accompagne logiquement d\u2019une place accrue de l\u2019interne, les salari\u00e9s \u00e9tant de plus en plus amen\u00e9s \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le d\u2019ambassadeur 2.0 de leur employeur.<br \/>\nCette \u00e9mergence de nouveaux modes de recrutement ne se fait toutefois pas n\u00e9cessairement au d\u00e9triment des canaux plus traditionnels.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 per\u00e7ue comme une \u00ab \u00e9volution \u00bb plus qu\u2019une \u00ab r\u00e9volution \u00bb<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9ponses des DRH et sp\u00e9cialistes du recrutement ne pr\u00e9sagent pas d\u2019une disparition prochaine des jobboards ou des CVs, ni d\u2019une syst\u00e9matisation des entretiens \u00e0 distance ou d\u2019une gamification compl\u00e8te des processus de recrutement. Un r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage se dessine au profit des r\u00e9seaux sociaux sans entrainer un bouleversement profond des pratiques \u00e0 ce stade.<br \/>\nL\u2019adjectif d\u00e9crivant le mieux le recrutement \u00e0 une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance de cinq ans est en effet \u00ab multi-canal \u00bb. L\u2019interactivit\u00e9 et la personnalisation sont aussi \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour, refl\u00e9tant des aspirations communes dans le monde du travail et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<br \/>\nAinsi, l\u2019importance des relations \u00e9coles aux yeux des recruteurs m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre soulign\u00e9e : il s\u2019agit d\u2019un des postes de d\u00e9pense prioritaires si un budget suppl\u00e9mentaire leur \u00e9tait accord\u00e9, suivi par les campagnes de communication presse, TV, radio.
