Nous avons \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9 une agence qui repense l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nementiel diff\u00e9remment. C\u2019est au sein de ces deux p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres compl\u00e9mentaires que vous interviendrez en tant que\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\u00a0<strong>Chef de projet \u00e9v\u00e8nementiel H\/F<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vos missions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Directement rattach\u00e9(e) au Responsable de l\u2019Agence, vous aurez pour mission de\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Piloter des projets \u00e9v\u00e9nementiels de A \u00e0 Z : brief client, conception, production et coordination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Organiser la logistique des \u00e9v\u00e9nements (planning, prestataires, technique, restauration, transport, s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u2026).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Assurer la mise en \u0153uvre des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sur notre espace et sur des projets hors site.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00catre pr\u00e9sent(e) sur le terrain lors du montage, de l\u2019exploitation et du d\u00e9montage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00catre l\u2019interlocuteur(rice) privil\u00e9gi\u00e9(e) des clients et garantir leur satisfaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>\u00c9laborer les devis, suivre les budgets et optimiser la rentabilit\u00e9 des projets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordonner l\u2019ensemble des intervenants internes et externes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Anticiper les impr\u00e9vus, g\u00e9rer les risques et assurer un suivi post-\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Votre profil :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous poss\u00e9dez une exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie de 4-5 ans minimum, en gestion de projets \u00e9v\u00e8nementiels. Vos atouts pour r\u00e9ussir sont\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Une solide culture production et logistique \u00e9v\u00e9nementielle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Une organisation, une rigueur et une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer plusieurs projets simultan\u00e9ment, et tout cela dans la bonne humeur.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Une r\u00e9activit\u00e9, un sang-froid sur le terrain \u00e0 toute \u00e9preuve.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Un excellent relationnel et sens du service client.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Une aisance naturelle pour pr\u00e9senter vos id\u00e9es, et pitcher les projets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Un bon esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et d\u2019entraide<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Conditions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Poste bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Rungis avec d\u00e9placements ponctuels en France.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Package : 38K\u20ac brut annuel &#43; 20 % de variable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>T\u00e9l\u00e9travail possible selon l\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>25 jours de cong\u00e9s &#43; 6 jours offerts par la direction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Participation aux frais de transport, titres restaurant et prime d\u2019int\u00e9ressement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x1f449; Pour rejoindre une \u00e9quipe passionn\u00e9e et contribuer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui comptent, c\u2019est ici\u00a0!
